At Lilac Library's, we do not accept returns. However, if an item arrives with defects or damage, please contact us at support@lilaclibrarys.com. If the product is determined to be damaged, we will send out a replacement free of charge. Please note that while we cover the shipping cost for the initial replacement, any further replacement shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
You should expect to receive your refund or replacement within four weeks of notifying us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund or replacement more quickly.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

My dog chewed up the OG cover so I thought I’d get something different. It’s gorgeous and stands out in the best way 😍
Sadly, arrived damaged. I don’t know if it was during shipping or just how it was packaged but there are bends down the front and back cover section, as well as the piece that tucks into the book.
Unfortunate as I was excited to match my Iron Flame to my Fourth Wing.
